To time and friends
It's funny how time passes by so fast you can't notice it until it's gone. This weekend we noticed 12 years flew by with a blink of an eye.
I saw friends, good friends, the ones you know that even distance and time, can't fade away connections you've made. The ones that don't need constant attention. The ones that are there even when absent.
And to celebrate friends like these, we went to markets, made cakes and ate scones from Tom's stall. We spread jelly, made by my other friend's mother, on artisan crusty baguettes. We made warm apple pie with Cambridge grown bramleys.
